生物活性：Rifabutin-d7 is the deuterium labeled Rifabutin. Rifabutin (Ansamycin) is a semisynthetic ansamycin antibiotic with potent antimycobacterial properties. Rifabutin inhibits DNA-dependent RNA polymerase.

Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs[1].
