Zaltoprofen-13C,d3,扎托布洛芬-13C,d3「同位素标记抑制剂」

生物活性:Zaltoprofen-13C,d3 is the 13C- and deuterium labeled Zaltoprofen. Zaltoprofen (CN100), a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), is a preferential and orally active COX-2 inhibitor, with IC50s of 1.3 and 0.34 μM for COX-1 and COX-2, respectively. Zaltoprofen exhibits powerful anti-inflammatory effects as well as an analgesic action on inflammatory pain[1][2][3].
体外研究(In Vitro):Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs[47].
德尔塔生物 has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
