Desthiobiotin-PEG4-DBCO 脱硫生物素-PEG4-二苯并环辛烯/Disulfide Biotin DBCO
去硫球蛋白是一种单环、无硫的生物素类似物,与链霉亲和素结合的特异性几乎相同,但亲和力低于生物素(Kd=1011vs.1015m)。因此,基于与游离生物素竞争置换的温和条件,脱巯基化蛋白质可以很容易且特别地从链霉亲和素树脂中洗脱出来。对于生物样品的下拉实验,去硫球蛋白的这种软释放特性也有助于减少内源性生物素化分子的共纯化,这些分子在用游离生物素洗脱目标蛋白复合物时仍与链霉亲和素结合。
