Description:

Fluorescein-PEG-Biotin (FITC-PEG-Biotin) is one of Nanocs' fluorescent PEG biotin derivatives that can bind to avidin or streptavidin. Fluorescein is a commonly used green fluorescent dye that emits strong green fluorescent light around 515 nm upon excited at 495 nm. Meanwhile, biotin can be easily detected with biotin/streptavidin binding assays. FITC-PEG-Biotin can be easily traced by fluorescent spectrometer, fluorescent microscope or flow cytometer. Nanocs's FITC-PEG-Biotin has high purity, good water solubility and high fluorescent intensity.  and is widely used for molecule target detection. Meanwhile fluorescein gives strong green fluorescence and can be easily detected.
