　　ZW800-1, S0456, IR-783,Infrared Fluorescent Excitation Dye 848: Near infrared fluorescent Dyes are a kindof cyanine fluorescent dyes commonly used in near infrared fluorescent dyes.Cyanine dye is a fluorescent labeling dye with excellent performance, goodwater solubility and very high molar absorption coefficient in fluorescentdyes. Its succinimide ester is a commonly used fatty amino labeling reagent,which is widely used in the labeling and detection of proteins, antibodies,nucleic acids and other biomolecules. The water solubility and fluorescenceemission wavelength are changed by changing the linked atoms of the side chainand the linked groups on the benzene rings on both sides.
　　The near infraredband avoids the spontaneous fluorescence band of main organs and body fluids.(a) The internal organs of nude mice were exposed immediately after death. Thenthree different excitation / emission filter groups were used to image thetissue autofluorescence; (b) Blue / green (460-500nm / 505-560nm); (c) Green /red (525 – 555nm / 590 – 650nm); (d) Near infrared (725 – 775nm / 790 – 830nm).The flux rate provided by each filter bank is adjusted to 2 MW / cm2 In orderto compensate the difference between the wavelength width of the transmittingfilter and the sensitivity of the camera, the exposure time is adjustedaccordingly. Fluorescence images have the same normalization. For positioning,the white light color image of the animal is displayed in (a). Arrows mark thelocation of gallbladder (GB), small intestine (SI), and bladder (BL). It can beclearly seen that the fluorescence in the near-infrared region effectivelyavoids the spontaneous fluorescence of biological tissues, so as to effectivelyimprove the signal-to-back ratio. At present, near infrared fluorescenceimaging has been widely used in intraoperative real-time navigation.
